桥墩承台大体积混凝土施工期温度控制与监测

摘    要:由于内外温差过大而引起温度裂缝,是大体积混凝土施工过程不可避免的问题.采用水管冷却方法可有效控制大体积混凝土内核温度,防止裂缝产生.并将该方法应用于某刚架桥桥墩承台大体积混凝土的施工中,通过对监测结果的分析,验证了水管冷却方法的有效性.

Abstract:Thermal cracks are usually caused by excessive inside and outside temperature difference in concrete.This is an unavoidable problem in process of mass concrete construction.Water pipe cooling is an effective method to control the core temperature of concrete and avoid thermal crack.This method is applied in concrete construction of bridge pier cap,and the concrete temperature of pier cap is controlled in a reasonable limit.The monitoring results show that water piper cooling method is effective.
