| 摘 要： | 公司治理结构对企业技术创新产生重要影响.国有控股公司和非国有控股公司控制主体性质的不同,导致了公司治理对企业技术创新活动产生不同的影响.基于2006-2008年我国上市公司的数据,通过建立计量经济模型,检验了2种不同控股性质公司的公司治理对企业技术创新活动的不同影响.
