| 摘 要： | 通过分析数字环境下版权利益平衡出现的新问题,探讨了调整数字环境下版权利益平衡对版权产业发展的促进作用。同时,对数字环境下的版权利益平衡问题重新审视,提出了调整利益平衡以促进版权产业发展的对策。

It elucidates the connotation about the balance of copyright benefits in digital environment; and discusses the strategy that can promote the development of the copyright industry. |
