摘    要:提出一种新的软开关全桥脉宽调制式变换器及其派生电路。这些变换器的特点是所有开关在很宽的输入电压范围和输出负载范围内都能实现零电压切换(ZeroVoltageSwitch,简称ZVS)而负载周期损耗和环流最小。主开关的ZVS采用一个变压器和一个电感来实现。变压器用来实现输出隔离,而电感则用于存储所需的能量。两个桥臂之间相位移发生变化时变压器和电感的感应电压以相反的方向变化。通过一个实验原型电路证实了上述变换器的性能。

Abstract:This paper proposes a novel soft-switching full-bridge ZVS-PWM converter and derived circuits.The fea-ture of these converters is that ZVS of both bridge legs switches can be achieved over a wide range of input voltage and output load with minimal duty cycle loss and circulating current.One transformer and one inductor are used for implemen-tation of ZVS of main switches.The transformer is used for output isolation,and the inductor is used to store energy for ZVS.The volt-second product in these components changes in the opposite direction with a change of phase shift between the two bridge legs.The performance of the proposed circuits is verified by a experimental prototype.
