摘    要:通过两两配煤的方法,对高灰熔融性淮南煤与4种灰熔融性温度较低煤进行配加,可以显著降低淮南煤的高灰熔融性温度,基本符合Texaco气化炉液态排渣要求。配煤灰熔融性温度的变化不是两种单煤灰熔融性温度简单的加和关系,而是非线形的关系,这与灰熔融过程中结晶矿物形成的种类不同有关。通过X-衍射分析,初步探讨灰熔融性机理。

Abstract:The high ash fusibility Huainan coal blended with four low fusibility coals were studied to reduce the ash fusion temperature of Huainan coal.The results indicated that the high ash fusion point of Huainan coal can be reduced by the method of coal blending and satisfy the request.The changes of ash fusion point of coal blending are not the simply additivity of ash fusion point for two blended coals but the nonadditivity.The ash fusion points are also influenced largely by the coal ash components.The cause of ash melting was researched elementarily by XRD experiment of coal ash components and melting-residue.
