摘    要:通过对阶梯阻抗谐振器(Stepped Impedance Resonator,SIR)带通滤波器和印刷天线的一体化模块的综合设计和方法进行分析,采用曲线拟合的方法提取印刷天线的RLC等效电路模型,分析印刷天线替代滤波器最末节谐振器时耦合节的奇偶模计算公式,利用综合设计公式得到滤波天线的结构尺寸。设计了一款用于LTE(Long Term Evolution)D频段(2.5 GHz~2.69GHz)的滤波天线。仿真结果表明,在相同的电路尺寸和阶数情况下,新型的滤波天线模块要比天线和滤波器直接相接模块有更好的通带特性和边缘选择性。

Abstract:An integrated and comprehensive design approach of SIR bandpass filter and printed antenna model is analyzed. The RLC equivalent circuit model for the printed antenna is extracted by the method of curve fitting. The calculation formula of coupled microstrip sections for the odd-even mode is studied while the last resonator of fiheris replaced by the printed antenna. The structure size of the filter- antenna is obtained by the integrated design formulas. A filter-antenna for the D band (2.5GHz - 2.69GHz) of the LTE based on this approach is designed in this paper. The simulation results show that the novel filter-antenna module displays better the passband character and the edge selectivity than those of the antenna and filter direct module connected with the same circuit size and the same order.
