| 摘 要： | 针对聚酯生产过程中空调能耗的影响因素和聚酯生产厂房建筑的特点,以实际聚酯行业空调节能改造为例,从减少冷负荷、利用自然冷源、提高冷热源效果、减少水泵电耗、加强水处理、改善送风系统工作效率等六个方面提出了聚酯生产空调节能的具体技术措施和实施方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the influence factors of air conditioning's energy consumption during producing polyester and also on the construct characteristics of polyester plant,transformation of saving energy of air conditioning is exampled in practical polyester industry.The technical measure and method are offered from six aspects such as reducing the cold burden,making use of the cold of nature,increasing cold and hot effect,reducing electricity consumption of water pump,enhancing the water treatment and improving work efficiency of blowdown system. |
