Preparation of esterified starch and its loading of proanthocyanidins
Abstract:In order to study the adsorption performance of Rosin Starch Ester (RAS) on Proantho Cyanidins (PC), RAS with a degree of substitution (DS) of 0.00244, 0.00811, 0.0165 was synthesized in a two-phase system using enzyme as a catalyst. The results showed that the esterified RAS accelerates the adsorption speed and adsorption capacity of PC. Among them, the adsorption of RAS (DS: 0.0165) was faster to reach adsorption equilibrium at 30 min, and the adsorption of native starch was slower to reach equilibrium at 45 min; 30 min at the same time, the adsorption capacity of RAS (DS: 0.0165) could reach 32.34 mg/g, which was an increase of 90.01% relative to the original starch adsorption capacity. The stability test results showed that the RAS adsorption solution for PC was allowed to stand for 24 hours at room temperature, and the preservation rate of PC was above 90%, indicating that RAS had a stable loading effect on PC. The above results provided data support for the application of RAS in medical load.
