Analysis of Market Access Barriers in China Construction Industry

The paper analyzes the market access barrier of China construction industry from four aspects: the e-conomies of scale,necessary capitals,technology and policy.The result shows that there may be no barrier in terms of economies of scale but a low necessary capital barrier in China construction industry.It is also showed that there is a low technology barrier in the general fields but a relatively high technology barrier in the special fields of the construction industry.The paper points out that the qualifi...
