织物吸湿量与热阻的变化

摘    要:研究了织物的热阻随吸湿量变化的情况.测定了织物在润湿状态下、吸湿膨胀状态下以及水分存在状态下热阻的变化,对不同织物的热阻变化原因进行了分析.实验结果表明:1)棉和粘胶织物,其热阻会随吸湿量的增加而有所增大,并随着吸湿量的进一步增加,热阻呈下降趋势;2)涤纶等纤维织物吸湿后,热阻随吸湿量的增加而单调递减;3)毛和毛涤混纺织物,其热阻随吸湿量的增加单调递减.

Abstract:Fabric thermal-wet comfort is an important index of clothing comfort and function. Thermal insulation of wet fabric was studied in this paper. The thermal insulation of wet fabric with different moisture content were tested and analyzed. Because fabric could expand after absorbing water, the effect of moisture expansion and moisture on thermal insulation of wet fabric were studied. The results showed that different fabric, such as cotton, viscose, polyester, wool and wool-polyester blends had different change rules.
