磁场复合电解加工间隙磁场的有限元分析

摘    要:为了研究永磁体不同设置对磁场复合电解加工间隙磁场分布的影响,建立了磁场复合电解加工间隙磁场分析的数学模型和有限元模型,采用ANSYS软件对其进行了分析。结果表明:当永磁体置于阳极下方且磁化方向垂直于阳极时,磁场对电解加工几乎无影响;而当永磁体置于阳极下方且磁化方向平行于阳极时,间隙中的磁场强度较为均匀且磁场方向与电场方向垂直,有利于提高电解加工的效率和型面的加工精度。分析结果与试验结果一致。

Abstract:Mathematical model and finite element model of magnetic field are developed and ANSYS is employed to studying the influence of permanent magnet design on the ECM. The results indicated that the magnetic field has hardly influenced on the process when permanent magnet under the anode and its magnetization direction is perpendicular to the anode. When the permanent magnet under the anode and the magnetization direction is parallel to the anode, the distribution of magnetic field in the gaps help to improve the machining accuracy and the process efficiency. The results are consistent with the test results
