| Abstract: | The key points of manufacturing 200kt/a methanol synthesis reactor are expounded from six aspects such as the material choosing,shell and head fabrication,large tube-sheet machining,component assembly,welding procedure of main welding seams and heat treament,which insure the reactor to manufacture successfully and provide reference for the manufacturing of same reactors. |
