| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会保险体系的日益完善和国家逐步降低工资替代率的政策,使基本养老金的待遇仅能支付养老的基本生活费,要真正过上"老有所乐"的富足生活,达到小康社会的目标,冶金行业建立补充养老保险势在必行,实行补充养老保险的基本原则和实行补充养老保险的设计方案。

| Abstract: | At present,the social insurance is being perfected and the substitution ratio of pension is decreased according to the government's policy.To ensuring the old-aged enjoy a well-off living condition,it is necessary to create a compensative old-aged insurance in metallurgical enterprises.In this paper,the general principle and designed program for implementation of compensative old-aged insurance is presented. |
