国产化大模场掺镱光子晶体光纤的设计与制备

摘    要:理论分析了空气孔尺寸与晶格常数对光子晶体光纤(PCF)单模特性的影响,设计了大模场双包层PCF的波导结构。采用自主知识产权的专利技术,制备出高数值孔径大模场掺Yb双包层PCF,其内包层数值孔径为0.65,纤芯数值孔径为0.06,有效模场面积为1 465.7μm2。

Abstract:The effects of air-hole size and lattice constant on the single-mode characteristics for photonic crystal fibers(PCFs) are analyzed in theories and the waveguide structure with large mode-field double-cladding photonic crystal fiber is designed.Then the high numerical aperture and large mode-field,ytterbium-doped double-cladding photonic crystal fiber is successfully fabricated with the patent technologies of independent intellectual property rights.The numerical aperture(NA) of its inner cladding is as hig...
