超声筛查胎儿泌尿系统畸形

摘    要:目的:探讨产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的临床价值。方法:对我科2010年6月-2012年6月间,产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的胎儿进行回顾总结。结果:胎儿泌尿系统畸形74例,其中肾积水52例,占70%,双肾发育不全4例,一侧肾脏发育不全6例,多囊肾8例,盆腔异位肾1例,融合肾1例,外生殖器畸形2例。结论:超声对胎儿泌尿系统畸形的诊断有很高的价值,但仍存在一定的假阳性率。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal urinary tract abnormalities. Methods: To our department from June 2010 to June 2012, between the prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal urinary tract malformation fetus review summary. Results: Fetal deformities, 74 cases of urinary system, of which 52 cases of hydronephrosis, accounted for 70%, 4 cases were bilateral renal dysplasia, side kidney dysplasia 6 cases, 8 cases of polycystic kidney, pelvic, 1 case of ectopic kidney, kidney in 1 case, genital malformation in 2 cases. Conclusion: Ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary tract malformation fetus has a high value, but there are still some false positive rates.
