超氧化物歧化酶研究与应用

摘    要:超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase SOD)是一种专一清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)的金属蛋白酶,催化超氧阴离子自由基O2.-发生歧化反应,从而清除O2.-,具有抗炎,抗病毒,抗辐射,抗衰老等作用。对SOD的来源分布、提纯方法、化学修饰、活性测定和生产应用等方面进行了综述,并对其生产问题以及应用前景进行了分析。

Abstract:Superoxide dismutase is a specific metalloproteinase to clear the superoxide anion radical(O2·-).It could catalyze the disproportionation of superoxide anion radical O2·-to clear the O2·-,and it have anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,anti-radiation,anti-aging effect.The source and distribution,purification methods,chemical modification,activity determination and application of the SOD on the article were reviewed,and its production problems and application prospect were analyzed.
