摘    要:以钾离子为模板 ,用四氢呋喃作溶剂 ,以三甘醇和 3 ,6二氧 1 ,8二氯辛烷为原料 ,合成了 1 8冠 6,产率 51 .58%。以二氧杂环己烷为溶剂 ,通过聚乙二醇 2 70与对甲基苯磺酰氯反应合成了 1 8冠 6,产率64 .4 %。产物经由 1 8冠 6和硝基甲烷 ( 1 :2 )的络合物进行提纯。考察了反应时间、反应物摩尔比、氢氧化钾的状态对产率的影响。产物的结构经红外光谱及熔点确认

Abstract:Using potassium ion as template and in THF solution, 18crown6 was synthesized in 51.58 % yields by reaction of a mixture of triethylene glycol and dichlorotriethylenediether. Also, in dioxane solution, 18Crown6 was prepared in 64.4% yields by reaction of polyethylene glycol 270 and ptoluenesulfonyl chloride. The products were purified via 18crown6·CH 3NO 2 (1∶2) complex. The reaction conditions such as reaction time, molar ratio and state of potassium hydroxide were investigated. The product structure was determined by IR and m.p..
