摘    要:为解决传统气流粉碎能量利用率不高、粉碎物料所需成本高、产量低、物料加工范围有限等问题,通过对气流粉碎中喷嘴结构的改进,开发设计了一种新型环形复合喷嘴,运用数值模拟的方法对常规喷嘴和新型环形复合喷嘴进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,这种新型环形复合喷嘴比常规喷嘴具有射流速度快、射流相对集中和射程远等优点。

Abstract:To solve the problems of the traditional airflow crushing methods such as low energy utilization,high cost of crushed material,low yield and limit of the scope of material processing,based on the improving of the structure of the nozzle,an new circular compound nozzle was designed to improve the airflow crushing efficiency. Through numerical simulation,it was showed that the new circular compound nozzle had more advantages such as high jet speed,jet relative concentration and far jet range and so on compared with the conventional nozzle.
