摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,同时测定三唑酮和腈菌唑的含量.结果表明:三唑酮和腈菌唑变异系数为4.32%、3.82%,平均回收率为100.61%、99.67%,线性相关系数为0.9971、0.9990.

Abstract:simultaneous determination of triadimefon and myclobutanil by reverse phase hPlc was introduced using methanol and water (75:25,by vol) as mobile phase.The results showed that the variation coefficients of triadimefon and myclobutanil were 4.32 and 3.82%,the average recovery ratio were 100.61 and 99.67%,and the linear correlation were 0.9971 and 0.9990,respectively.
