陀螺稳定平台振动漂移性能研究

摘    要:系统分析了陀螺稳定平台在随机振动环境下的漂移性能变化,给出了机械谐振是导致随机振动环境下陀螺平台漂移变大的重要因素,进而通过建立陀螺稳定平台振动测试系统,试验验证了理论分析的正确性并提出改进措施。在保证整体振动量级不变的条件下,通过降低谐振频段的振动激励,改善了稳定平台振动试验的合理性,确保了环境应力筛选试验的有效性。

Abstract:The change of drift performance of the gyro-stabilized platform under a random vibration condi- tion is systematically analyzed. The important factor that causes the drift of gyro-stabilized platform to be- come serious is proposed. The system of vibration test for the gyro-stabilized platform is established, and the correctness of theory analysis is validated by the test. Then the improvement measure is put forward. Under the condition that the magnitude of entire vibration remains constant, the rationality of vibration test for the gyro-stabilized platform is improved and the validity of environment stress screening test is en- sured by reducing vibration excitation of the resonance band.
