贝氏体复相球墨铸铁磨球的研究

摘    要:本文采用覆砂金属型铸造工艺,水玻璃水溶液淬火介质试制了一种贝氏体复相球墨铸铁材质。经热处理后磨球可获得针状贝氏体+少许马氏体+残余奥氏体组织,该复相组织心表硬度值相差不超过2.0HRC,硬度值在55~58 HRC之间,冲击韧性可达21~23 J/cm2,是一种理想的磨球用耐磨材料。

Abstract:A kind of bainitic dual phase ductile cast iron has been trial-produced by means of sand-lined metal mold casting process and water glass quenching medium. By heat treatment, acicuiar bainite-a small amount of martensite microstructure and residual austenite microstructure could be obtained, with hardness value between 55and 58 HRC, the difference between the values of the inner and of the surface was not more than 2.0 HRC, impact toughness up to 21-23 J/cm2. It's a kind of ideal wear-resistant materials of grinding ball.
