摘    要:本文旨在通过对用在商业区或者工厂内部的供水控制柜产品开发来说明如何实现水处理过程中的常见和特殊工艺要求。较详细的介绍了如何利用经验公式通过压力得到水泵流量和如何巧妙的利用S7-200PLC中的表格功能显示最新的累计流量值,通过标志位实现泵的轮换启动、停止和故障互投。最后介绍了如何利用一个变频器控制多台电机的变频启动技巧。该产品最终获得了非常好的效果,其许多工艺的实现方式有很好的参考价值,值得水处理同仁借鉴。

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to illuminate how to realize the usual and special technical requirements of water control through the development of the water supply counter products which can be used in the business communities or factories. The paper detailed introduced the method to receive the latest value of cumulative flows through the pump. The latest cumulative value is gained by an artful use of the table function in the S7-200 PLC, and the instant value of the pump is got by an experience formula. Symbol bits were used to realize the alternation run and stop of the pumps. At last, the paper introduced how to start two or more motors in the condition of frequency conversion by using only one transducer. The final product was a very good result, many of its ways to achieve have good reference value. The paper is valuable for the water treatment colleagues.
