摘    要:厚层炭质泥岩顶板大跨度煤巷采用传统的锚杆(索)支护方式,无法解决无稳定上位岩层可供悬吊的关键难题,易发生垮冒事故.为了能有效控制巷道变形,促进矿井安全生产,提出了复合主动支护系统控制厚层炭质泥岩顶板大跨度煤巷,阐述了其支护原理,建立了复合主动支护系统的力学模型,得出了复合主动系统中桁架锚索结构达到系统平衡时预紧力Qy值的临界条件.采用FLAC5.0数值模拟软件计算设计和优化平煤八矿厚层炭质泥岩顶板大跨度煤巷复合主动支护系统方案,现场实测巷道顶板最大下沉量为158 mm,巷道断面收敛率小,有效地控制了巷道变形,同时为各类复杂地质条件的应用提供了有力依据,具有良好的推广应用前景.
