摘    要:目的 建立直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定白酒中铬、铜、铅等微量重金属的方法。方法 研究不同基体改进剂、灰化温度、原子化温度对吸光度的影响。通过单因素试验, 分别确定测定铬、铜、铅时各自最佳条件。结果 在最佳条件下, 测定白酒中铬、铜、铅的质量浓度分别为0.765、1.22、0.981 ng/mL, 加标回收率分别为106.6%、98.2%、97.4%。结论 该方法快速、准确、无污染, 在测定白酒中微量重金属方面具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of Cr, Cu and Pb in white spirits by direct sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods The effects of matrix modifiers, ashing temperature and atomizing temperature on absorbance were investigated. The optimal conditions were determined by single factor experiments. Results Under the optimum conditions, the mass concentrations of Cr, Cu and Pb in white spirits were 0.765, 1.22 and 0.981 ng/mL, respectively, and the average recoveries of Cr, Cu and Pb in white spirits were 106.6%, 98.2% and 97.4%, respectively. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and non-pollution, and has a high practical value in detection of trace heavy metals in white spirits.
