| Abstract: | This article reviewed the research advance of classification and management of food allergens. The concepts of food allergy and food allergen, classification of food allergens and safety management meas-ures for food allergens at home and abroad were introduced. Some suggestions for strengthening the management of food allergens were proposed. |
