缩水甘油的制备及单甘酯的合成

摘    要:报道了丙烯醇与H2O2在CaWO4催化下进行环氧化制取缩水甘油,制得的缩水甘油纯度可达96%以上。在缩水甘油与脂肪酸反应制备单甘酯的试验中,探讨了以碘化四乙铵、NaOH为催化剂的非溶剂法和以NaOH为催化剂的溶剂法。以高纯油酸为原料的产品中,α-MG(α-单脂肪酸甘油酯)的含量分别为62.13%、77.45%及79.11%;以硬脂酸为原料的产品中,α-MG的含量分别为77.28%、81.86%和93.27%。

Abstract:This paper reports that glycidol with purity about 96%is prepared by the epoxidation of allylalcohol with H 2O 2 in the presence of catalyst CaWO 4.Also investigated are the preparation of α monoglycerides(α MG)by reacting fatty acid(stearic acid and oleic acid)with glycidol in the presence of tetraethylammonium iodide(TEMI) or NaOH without inert solvent,and in the presence of NaOH with inert solvent.In the case of pure oleic acid,the content of α MG in the product is 62 13% 77 45%and 79 11% respectively.for the above different methods.In the case of stearic acid,the content of α MG in the product is 77 28%,81 86% and 93 27% respectively.
