二茂铁甲酸的合成

摘    要:在三氯化铝催化下,以二茂铁和邻氯苯甲酰氯反应,合成了邻氯苯甲酰二茂铁,然后用异丙醇铝裂解邻氯苯甲酰二茂铁得到二茂铁甲酸,其结构经IR和1H NMR确认。该方法用廉价的异丙醇铝代替叔丁醇钾,降低了成本。

Abstract:Ferrocenecarboxylic acid,2-chlorobenzoylferrocene was synthesized by the reaction of ferrocene and 2-chlorobenzoylchloride,aluminum trichloride as the catalyst,then ferrocenecarboxylic acid was prepared by the reaction of 2-chlorobenzoylferrocene and aluminum isopropoxide.Its structure was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.The replacement of potassium tert-butoxide with aluminum isopropoxide result in cost reduction in preparation of ferrocenecarboxylic acid.
