松宜煤系高岭土煅烧增白影响因素研究

摘    要:以湖北松宜煤系高岭土为原料,研究了煤系高岭土煅烧过程中煅烧温度、保温时间、升温速度、添加剂等因素对煅烧产品白度的影响。在对煤系高岭土进行酸处理后,加入NaCl进行煅烧,获得了白度达85.1%的煅烧高岭土,可满足橡胶填料、中档造纸涂料等领域的应用要求,为南方煤系高岭土的开发利用提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Some experimental research was conducted on the effect of the calcining temperature, remaining time, temperature system of calcinations and additives on the whiteness of calcined kaolin. After acid treatment of the kaolin, the coal- series kaolin with the whiteness reaches 85.1% was obtained through the addition of NaCl during calcinations. The calcined kaolin can meet the needs of some fields such as rubber fillings, coatings in moderate paper making. The research results are very important for the development of coal- series kaolin in south.
