| 摘 要： | 本文采用硅藻土柱层析分离、气相色谱——热能分析法测定啤酒中N—亚硝基二甲胺的含量,并对方法的灵敏度、准确度及各种影响因素进行探讨。用于样品测定取得较为满意的结果。

| Abstract: | A mecthod of isolation by absorbtion on celite, designed specifically for the analysis of N-nitrosodimethylamine in beer with a thermal energy analyzer and a gas chromatograph, was studed. RSD of this method was 2.3% and recovery was 87.0-91.0%. The MDL of the method was at the 0.2μgl~(-1) level. |
