微生物附着力测试装置的研究进展

摘    要:新型防污涂料发展迅速,因此需要更好的测试方法对其进行性能评价。生物在材料表面的附着力大小是影响其是否在材料表面形成永久污损的关键参数,因此建立对材料表面生物附着力的测试和评价方法对评价材料的防污能力具有重要意义。目前有几种附着力测试的装置,包括水喷射装置、层流流动装置、环向流动装置、径向流动装置以及湍流流动装置,介绍了各套装置的应用以及优缺点。

Abstract:With the rapid development of new antifouling coatings, we need better test methods to evaluate the coatings performance. The adhesion strength of microorganism in material surface is the key parameter influencing the formation of permanent fouling on the surface of the material. So, it is very important to establish a biological adhesion test and evaluation method to evaluate the material anti-fouling ability. There are several types of adhesion strength test devices have been designed to measure the adhesion strength of microorganisms such as spinjet apparatus, laminar channel flow cell, radial flow chamber, annular flow cell and fully-developed turbulent channel. In this paper their applications, advantages and disadvantages have been discussed.
