涂装生产线板式换热器的优化选型

摘    要:板式换热器的选型对于涂装生产线前处理中液槽的加热过程起着重要的作用,关系着整个系统的加热效率。根据涂装生产线实际情况,通过对板式换热器的换热系数,总传热系数的计算,得到相应的板式换热器的总传热系数曲线。同时针对涂装生产线中板式换热器换热时冷热侧出口温度不是已知量,且随时间是变化的,如何合理计算其传热平均温差,提出了相应的优化方法。不仅降低了计算工作量,且最大限度地减少了误差。根据涂装生产线的实际情况以及板式换热器随板间流速变化的压降曲线。进一步缩小板式换热器换热时板间流速范围的选择,以此来更合理的计算相应的换热面积。依据总传热系数、板间流速以及传热平均温差,得到相应的换热面积,并以此进一步计算得到实际的板间流速,板式换热器的实际换热量。本文针对涂装生产线的实际情况,对板式换热器进行优化选型以更好地满足液槽的加热,提高经济效益。

Abstract:Type selection of plate heat exchanger plays an important role in the heating process of the painting production line, which is critical to heating efficiency of the whole system. The heat exchange coefficients and overall coefficient of heat transfer are calculated based on specific situation of painting production line, and then overall coefficient of heat transfer curve is obtained. Meanwhile the outlet temperature is an unknown quantity and changes over time, how to calculate mean temperature difference reasonably becomes a problem. The optimization method is proposed to solve this problem. This method not only reduces the workload of calculation remarkably but also decreases the errors to minimum. The flow rate range can be further narrowed to obtain more reasonable heat exchange area according to pressure drawdown curve and actual situation of painting production line. The actual flow rate and actual heat exchange capacity can be calculated according to overall coefficient of heat transfer, flow rate and mean temperature difference. The optimization type selection is reached to improve economic performance according to actual situation of painting production line.
