汽车起重机用平衡阀静态特性仿真及试验研究

摘    要:以汽车起重机起升机构系统中的某型流量为300 L/min平衡阀为研究对象,根据平衡阀的结构特点及工作原理,搭建数学模型,并对阀口模型进行精准过流面积计算。以数学模型为基础在AMESim中搭建仿真模型,分析负载压力、主阀流量、背压及控制特性曲线的静态特性;同时对平衡阀进行试验,试验结果对比仿真结果修正数学模型中参数值。结果表明:随着控制压力的增大,主阀口流量呈逐渐增大的趋势;当达到额定流量300 L/min时,主阀口流量保持不变;仿真模拟曲线与试验曲线最大误差为2.7%,验证了模型的可用性。

Abstract:Taking a certain type of 300 L/min balance valve in the lifting mechanism system of truck crane as the research object,according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the balance valve,the mathematical model was established,and the flow area of the valve port model was accurately calculated.The simulation model in AMESim based on the mathematical model was built to analyze the static characteristics of load pressure,main valve flow,back pressure and control characteristic curve.At the same time,the balance valve was tested,and the test results were compared with the simulation results to correct the parameter values in the mathematical model.The results show that with the increase of the control pressure,the flow rate of the main valve port increases gradually;when the rated flow rate reaches to 300 L/min,the flow rate of the main valve port remains unchanged; the maximum error between the simulation curve and the test curve is 2.7%,which verifies the usability of the model.
