关于矿用带式输送机使用中的动态分析

摘    要:矿用带式输送机作为井下煤矿生产中的重要设备,其在使用过程中经常出现各类运行故障,严重影响着煤矿的开采量及井下作业安全。因此,十分有必要对矿用带式输送机使用中的动态变化情况开展分析研究。以带式输送机静特性、动特性为理论基础,通过分析其使用中存在问题,建立了带式输送机的仿真模型,开展了其起动及制动时的加速度变化动态特性变化分析,结果表明,在输送机起动及制动初期,对其设备的内部部件具有更高的使用性能要求,由此掌握了其启动及制动过程的加速度变化规律,这对加强带式输送机使用性能的提升、保障井下作业安全具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:As an important equipment in underground coal mine production, belt conveyor often occurs various kinds of operation failures in the use process, which seriously affects the mining volume and underground operation safety of coal mine. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the dynamic changes of belt conveyor in use. Based on the theory of static and dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor, the simulation model of belt conveyor is established by analyzing the problems existing in its use, and the dynamic characteristics of acceleration change during starting and braking are analyzed. The results show that the internal parts of belt conveyor have higher performance requirements in the initial stage of starting and braking, and thus the starting of belt conveyor is mastered. The law of acceleration change in dynamic and braking process has important guiding significance for enhancing the performance of belt conveyor and ensuring the safety of underground operation.
