超声波辅助涂料染色

摘    要:研究了频率为49KHz的超声波对涂料染色效果的影响。结果表明,超声波施加于阳离子改性阶段,可以缩短改性时间15min左右;超声波施加于染色阶段,可以明显提高涂料上染百分率及染色速率;超声波施加于固色阶段,可以提高湿摩擦牢度半级左右。

Abstract:49 kHz ultrasonic wave is used for coating dyeing system.The results indicate that the modification time could be shorten by 15 min with the assistance of ultrasonic wave in the pretreatment(anion modification) process.Moreover,with the applied ultrasonic energy in the dyeing processes,the exhaustion rate of the coating could be improved obviously.Finally,when the ultrasonic wave was applied in the fixation procedure,the fastness to rubbing and soaping were improved.
