煤矸石综合燃烧性能及其燃烧动力学特性研究

摘    要:为了高效地利用煤矸石,有必要对其燃烧过程进行研究。文中利用热重法分析了煤矸石的综合燃烧特性、反应放热性能和动力学特性,对有双峰燃烧曲线的煤矸石的第2个峰进行了研究,分析了后期的燃烧性能,并计算出燃烧过程的动力学参数。结果表明,煤矸石中挥发分含量越高,燃烧越剧烈,且由于挥发分的燃烧占主要地位,其综合燃烧性能越好;煤矸石的挥发分含量比较高,固定碳含量小,其后期燃烧性能比较好,比较容易燃尽;燃烧放热分为两个阶段,在燃烧前期,挥发分剧烈燃烧,有明显的放热峰,燃烧后期没有明显的放热峰;煤矸石在燃烧低温段的反应级数为1.5左右,活化能较低,在高温段反应级数为2.0左右,活化能较高。

Abstract:It is necessary to study the process of coal residue combustion to utilize it efficiently.General combustion and reaction exothermic performance as well as kinetic characteristic of coal residue were analyzed with the ther-mogravimetric method.The second peak of the curve of combustion characteristics with double peaks was studied to understand the anaphase combustion performance of coal residue.What's more,the kinetic parameters of combustion were gotten.The results show that coal residue with higher portion of volatiles burns acutely and its general combustion performance is better because the combustion of volatile is dominating;Coal residue with higher portion of volatiles and lower portion of fixed carbon burn more completely and the anaphase combustion performance is better;There are two phases for the the combustion of giving out heat,volatile burns acutely at the prophase of combustion and the peak of giving out heat is obvious,however,there is no obvious peak of giving out heat at the anaphase of combustion;The progression of reaction is about 1.5 for coal residue at the low temperature phase of combustion,so the activated energy is low,and the progression of reaction is about 2.0 at the high temperature phase,the activated energy is high.
