提高CPE机组无缝钢管成材率的研究

摘    要:通过分析CPE机组的生产工艺,得出切损是导致无缝钢管成材率低的主要原因。针对现场工艺及设备存在的问题,对定径、张力减径变形制度进行优化,对顶管缩口设备、顶管后切头方法进行改进。改进后的工艺减少张力减径增厚端的长度,减少顶管后的钢管切头,提高分切精度,因而降低切损,使机组全年综合成材率提高8%。

Raising production yield of CPE seamless pipe hot rolling mill

Abstract:With the analysis of CPE mill technology,this paper concludes that cutting wastage results in the low production yield of seamless steel pipe.In light of the problems arising from the field,the sizing and diameter reduction deformation system,pipe jacking device,and cutting method are improved,after which pipe end cutting is reduced,split accuracy is improved,length of pipe end upset during stretch reduction has decreased.As a result,cutting wastage is reduced,and the yearly production yield has risen by 8%.
