转炉炼钢渣中Cu_2O与NiO的还原实验研究

摘    要:结合某钢厂顶底复吹转炉冶炼含有铜、镍等成分耐候钢的生产过程,在实验室对铁碳熔体和纯铁液还原炼钢渣中铜、镍等氧化物进行研究。结果表明,在初始条件相同的情况下,1 300℃下铁碳熔体分别还原渣中Cu2O和NiO时,Cu2O比NiO更易还原,还原速度更快。1 600℃时在实验研究的碱度范围内,含有25%FeO的转炉终点渣中Cu2O、NiO能被纯铁液在10~20 min内还原完毕,尤其前10 min内wCu]、wNi]增长迅速。在相同碱度下,渣中Cu2O、NiO同时还原的速率基本相同;随着渣碱度的增大,Cu2O、NiO还原的速率及终还原率均有所降低。

Experimental study on reduction of Cu_2O and NiO in converter steelmaking slag

Abstract:Based on the process of the combined-blown steelmaking converter for smelting weathering steel containing copper and nickel,an experimental study on reduction of Cu2O and NiO in steelmaking slag by carbon undersaturated Fe-C melts and pure liquid iron was carried out in the lab,respectively.The results show:(1) Under the same conditions of 1300 ℃,initial carbon content at 3% in Fe-C melt and initial FeO content at 15% in mother slag,Cu2O is reduced more easily and faster than NiO when Cu2O and NiO in the slag are reduced by Fe-C melts,respectively.The reduction reaction of Cu2O can be finished within 15 min and NiO within 30 min.(2) At 1600 ℃ within the investigation basicity range,Cu2O and NiO in the steelmaking slag containing 25% FeO can be fully reduced by pure liquid iron within 10~20 min,w/ and w/ increase rapidly,particularly within the first 10 min.The reduction rates of Cu2O and NiO are roughly the same at the same basicity.The reduction rates and final reduction ratios of Cu2O and NiO show a tendency to decrease.
