辊式矫直机上辊压下规程的仿真分析

摘    要:采用有限元方法对七辊板带矫直机在各种不同压下规程下的矫直过程进行仿真,以期寻得一种使矫直后钢板形状好且残余应力小的压下规程。结果表明,钢板经矫直后其边部残余应力较大,对某组压下规程而言,仅改变其中某一个上辊的压下量,其长度方向上的纵向残余应力变化趋势基本上不变。该方法对研究矫直机各辊组合压下调整也有一定的参考价值。

Simulation analysis of upper rolling schedule of roll-type straightener

Abstract:A method of finite element analysis was used to simulate the straightening process of 7-roller plate straightener with different rolling schedules, and a rolling schedule that gives the post-straightening plate smooth shape and small residual stress was found. The results show that the value of residual stress is large on the edge of the straightened plate. And for one rolling schedule, the change tendency of longitudinal residual stress on the length direction remains basically invariable. The proposed method has certain referential value for the study of combined rolling schedules of the straightener.
