四辊轧机机架有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限元方法对四辊轧机机架进行应力和变形分析。结果表明,机架上横梁压下螺母孔顶部过渡圆弧处是应力最大的部位,该部位应力梯度大、过渡圆弧半径很小,必须采用子模型方法进行精确计算;辊系轴承座施加给机架立柱的侧向力对机架窗口水平方向的变形有很大影响,只有计及侧向力的作用,才能精确计算出机架窗口的变形。

Finite element analysis of four-high mill stand

Abstract:Stress and distortion of a four-high mill stand are analyzed with finite element method. It is found that a submodel method should be employed for accurate results because of great stress gradient and minor radius of the transition circular arc on the top of upright beam nut hole; the lateral force that bearing blocks of rolled system act on the stand post greatly affects horizontal distortion of the stand window, so it should be included in order to accurately calculate the distortion of the stand window.
