二甲醚发动机燃油喷射过程仿真研究

摘    要:对采用低压共轨燃油喷射系统的二甲醚发动机进行合理的结构简化,建立燃油喷射过程的数学模型,运用Matlab/Simulink仿真研究二甲醚发动机在不同转速条件下的电磁阀供电控制脉冲和针阀升程曲线,得出二甲醚燃料在低压共轨系统中的喷射规律,为新型二甲醚发动机燃料喷射系统的研制提供仿真模拟方法和理论依据。

Simulation of fuel injection process for dimethyl-ether engine

Abstract:The structure of low-pressure common-rail fuel injection system of DEM (dimethyl-ether) engine is reasonably simplified, and the mathematical model of fuel injection process is established. Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate the solenoid valve pulse and power supply control valve lift curve in different speed conditions of DEM engine, with which the DME injection law in the low-pressure common-rail system has been obtained. These provide simulation methods and theoretical basis for the designing of new fuel injection system of DEM engine.
