| 摘 要： | 目前开始广泛应用的CRM系统,对事务处理和决策支持都有着普遍的要求。目前通用的DB-DW体系不适应于CRM的具体要求,文章提出了CRM的动态数据仓库的概念和特征,并提出了基于DB-ODS-DW三层结构的CRM体系,以及CRM动态数据仓库的信息结构。

| Abstract: | The widely applied CRM system has rife requirement on transaction-process and DSS.The general DB-DW two-layer structure,which is widely applied as the supporting data-circumstance for Information System,has some weakness and couldn't fit the CRM's idiographic requirements.This paper discusses the conception and the characters of the Dynamic Data Warehouse.And then it describes the outline of the CRM achitecture based on the DB-ODS-DW three-layer structure.At the end of this article,the information framework of the CRM Dynamic Data Warehous is presented. |
