| 摘 要： | 我国纺织工业的发展需要大批纺织人才。采用专家访谈、问卷调查等方式，分析了目前我国纺织业所需人才资源的知识结构状况，提出了纺织业应通过各种渠道培养适应纺织业发展的纺织复合型人才的观点。

| Abstract: | A lot of the qualified specialists and technicians are needed in development of textile industry.In this paper knowledge composition of human resources required by textile industry has been analyzed through interview with specialists and survey.The new viewpoint has been advocated that in order to train talents with comprehensive knowledge that will meet the requirement of textile industry through various channel. |
