雾粒粒度测试技术研究

摘    要:阐述了脱硫塔内喷雾雾场研究的必要性,分析了雾场的环境条件,应用夫朗和费衍射原理设计制造了适于大雾场内进行测试的仪器,并叙述了仪器的特点,讨论了雾粒测定仪进入脱硫塔内测试的有关技术问题,文章还介绍了雾粒测定仪在脱硫塔内测试的情况,分析了测试结果。

Abstract:The necessity of research on the centrifugal atomization field in the desulphurization reaction tower and environment conditions inside the tower are analyzed in this paper.According to the principle of Fraunhofer diffraction, taking palce when particles go through a parallel light field,we have designed and manufactured a particle size analyzer used to measure particles in this atomization field.The instrument's characters are given in this paper.For example, self-scanned photodiode array is used as a photoelectonic sensor;sampled field range can be controlled; it has strong antipollution and anti-interference ability;a two level computer system is used to manage and control the instrument.The paper also discusses some technique problems about the instrument working in the tower. They are:to decide measured positions;to determine sample time and sample number;to choose working conditions of a centrifugal atomizer;to express characteristics of the field in the tower.Finally,the instruments testing circumstances in the tower are described and measurement results are analyzed.
