| 摘 要： | 1.水轮机有哪些保护装置各起什么作用? 水轮机一般装设有事故配压阀、主阀(或快速闸门)、剪断销和真空破坏阀等保护装置. (1)调速器中装设事故配压阀(又叫过速限制器)是防止水轮机长期在飞逸转速下运行的有效措施.机组正常运行时,事故配压阀仅作为压力油的通道,使调速器主配压阀通至接力器的管道接通;当机组甩负荷又遇调速系统故障时,事故配压阀动作,切断主配压阀与接力器的联系,而直接把压力油从油压装置接入接力器,使接力器迅速关闭,实现机组紧急停机,以缩短机组过速时间,起到对水轮机的保护作用.
