摘    要:8.3 km DN600球墨铸铁管全线完成后水压试验,以管线上的蝶阀作为试验管段的分界点,在蝶阀处利用蝶阀伸缩器可调节伸缩量安装法兰封板,使两个相邻的蝶阀间管道形成封闭的试压管段,利用管道安装回填土的摩擦力承载管道水压试验的水压力,避免拆除蝶阀设置封堵管件和混凝土后靠等设施的安装,大大提高了施工效率,同时降低了水压试验费用。

Abstract:Water pressure test is done on 8.3km DN600 ductile iron pipe. The butterfly valve is taken as the demarcation point. Flange seal plate is provided at the butterfly valve through expansion range adjustment by expansion joint, and between two adjacent butterfly valves a closed section on the pipe for pressure test is reserved. Water pressure in the test is born by the friction force of backfill soil in pipe erection, and it is neither necessary to remove butterfly valves nor to provide plugging parts. In this way, the engineering efficiency is improved, and cost of water pressure test is reduced.
