摘    要:本文根据结构振动控制的基本理论,提出了TMDLP(TunedMassDamperwithLeverandPendulum)控制系统,用其控制高层建筑的水平振动和扭转振动。运用摄动理论求解耦联振动的特征方程,节省了计算机的存贮空间,加快了计算速度。文中对TMDLP控制系统各参数进行了优化分析,并对一个刚心和质心偏离较大的20层框架一剪力墙结构施加TMDLP控制。结果表明,该控制系统能显著降低建筑物的水平地震反应和扭转地震反应,并克服了TMD控制系统用于实际工程结构时存在的若干问题,对工程设计和抗震加固具有重要意义。

Abstract:According to the basic theory of vibration control of structures, and based on the TMD(Tuned Mass Damper) control system, a new control system-TMDLP (Tuned Mass Damperwith Lever Pendulum) control system is put forward in this paper for controlling the translation-torsion vibration of tall building under earthquake actions. The perturbation theory has been usedin solving the characteristic equations of coupled vibration, so that the memory space of computeris saved and the computing speed accelerated. The parameters of the control system are analyzedand optimized. Finally, a 20 storied tall building with a large eccentricity of stiffness center tomass center using TMDLP control system has been studied with the results that the seismicresponse of the building controlled by TMDLP system is remarkably decreased, and the problemsexisting in using TMD system in practical engineering is eliminated.
