摘    要:导电聚合物涂层的表面粗糙度和表面积对神经元传感器电极的敏感性和生物相容性有着重要的影响,利用纳米多孔膜材料进行电化学模板聚合是获得高粗糙度和高表面积的导电聚合物涂层的理想途径。利用聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲醛丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)两者的紫外光辐照特性不同,研究了用紫外光辐照光刻法制备聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物P(S-b-MMA)纳米结构膜的方法。同时基于P(S-b-MMA)共聚物纳米结构膜的电化学模板聚合研究表明,该法可在神经元传感器电极表面获得理想的发丝状高粗糙度和高表面积PPy/PSS导电高聚物涂层。

Abstract:The roughness and the high surface area of conducting polymer coating has an important effect on the sensitivity and biocompatibility of neural sensors. They can be obtained via electrochemical polymerization by using membrane with nano-sized pores as template. The P(S-b-MMA) nano-sized membrane was made using ultraviolet because PS and PMMA are opposite photoresists. It demonstrated that PPy/PSS conducting coating with hairy surface could be obtained on the electrodes of neural sensors.
