平面四杆机构在电弧炉炉盖旋转机构中的应用

摘    要:将平面四杆机构引入到炼钢电弧炉炉盖旋转机构的设计当中,四杆机构不仅能够满足电弧炉的工作要求,而且有效缩短了电弧炉的短网长度,从而降低短网上无功功率的损耗,提高电弧炉的工作效率,降低吨钢电耗。

Abstract:To introduce new roof swing mechanism used to electric arc farnace. It can be named the planar four-bar Linkage. By Compared with traditional roof swing mechanism, the new mechanism has some Obvious features and advantages. It shortens effectively the distance of Cabel further reduces the wastage of power in main circuit.improves the furnace operation efficiency and reduces steelmaking costs.
