机电集成超环面传动蜗杆外部磁场的计算

摘    要:以机电集成超环面传动理论为基础,利用电磁学理论对机电集成超环面传动蜗杆外部磁场进行了分析和计算,给出了该传动蜗杆的电枢方程。在此基础上,完成了机电集成超环面传动蜗杆外部磁场计算公式的推导,得到了机电集成超环面传动蜗杆外部磁场的分布规律。实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。本项研究为该种传动的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Based on the electromechanical integrated theory of toroidal drive and the electromagnetic theory, the magnetic field outside the worm of the drive system is analyzed. The armature equations of the worm coils are presented. On this basis, the formulas for the outer magnetic field of worm coils are developed. The distribution of the outer magnetic field of the worm coils is obtained. The calculating result are proved by experiment results. The studies provide the theoretical basis for the design of the drive system.
