摘    要:针对批量定制模式下产品配置设计领域,以定制产品多维信息中构件层次信息偏序集为核心,设计了构件属性索引表达模型,提出了基于构件属性索引的XML刻面分类文档的层次式检索技术和构件属性相似度的计算方法.并进一步研究了基于软插件的定制产品虚拟描述方法,开发了产品配置仿真原型系统.通过车床产品的配置仿真应用表明:系统能根据客户提出的定制需求快速有效的实现产品族构件的检索配置,客户也可以在配置设计过程中对配置选项进行规范的动态变更,以便对多个设计方案进行动态可视化的评价比较,既提高了配置设计的效率,又提高了设计结果与客户需求的一致性.

Abstract:Based on product configuration design for MC, the model of component attribute index was designed on the subclass of product multi-dimensional information. The matching method for XML based component query and attribute similarity algorithm was presented. The soft plug-in based virtual describing method of customization product was brought forward, and a prototype system of product simulation was developed for lathe. The application showed that the needed component could be checked out effectively, and the configuration option could be modified dynamically by customer. Then much more design cases could be visually estimated. So that it provided the designer with effective the configuration design, and made for the consistency of the design with requirement.
